RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? Need another size? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. For cancellations, contact us before your order has been dispatched.
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return after receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and tell us whether you need a return or size exchange.
KEEP IT AS YOU RECEIVED IT
The item must be unworn, unwashed, clean and free from marks, damage, odour or other signs of use.
WE CONFIRM THE PICKUP
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange collection of the item and keep you updated on the next step.
EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK
This drop is limited. If your requested size is unavailable, a refund can be arranged after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return and exchange shipping for change-of-mind or sizing requests is paid by the customer. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us and we’ll handle it separately.
Returned items are inspected before any refund is completed. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
